Can you move my screens from my current server?
Yes. We migrate content, schedules and devices and switch screens over in batches, so nothing goes dark.
Do I need to buy licenses separately?
No. The license is included in the monthly price for as long as you subscribe.
Will MagicInfo keep working in the future?
Yes. Samsung plans to stop selling on-premise licenses on 31 December 2026 and end official support on 31 December 2029. We keep your MagicInfo environment maintained and secure, and help you move to Samsung VXT, Navori or SuperSign when you are ready.
Where are the servers?
You choose. When you sign up, we send you the list of available server locations and open your account on our servers in the region you pick (Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and more). Private servers are available for larger networks.
How do I pay?
By card online, monthly or yearly. In the Gulf we also accept mada and bank invoices.
